What we collect
When you use this site or contact us, we may collect: name, email, phone, mailing address, property address, and any details you choose to share about your home or rental situation. We collect IP address and basic browser information for analytics and security.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up about property management services.
- To deliver the services you request (rent estimate, consultation, owner statements, etc.).
- To meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations as a Texas-licensed real-estate brokerage.
- To improve the site and our service based on aggregate usage patterns.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information. We don't share your contact details with marketers, lead aggregators, or third-party advertisers.
Service providers
We use carefully selected processors to operate the business, including our property management platform (AppFolio / Buildium), payment ACH provider, email and SMS delivery, and analytics. These providers handle data on our behalf and are bound to confidentiality.
Owner portal information
In the owner portal, we use account details, property records, statements, payout records, uploaded documents, requests and notification preferences to provide secure access and manage your properties. Access is limited to authorized users and service providers who need it. We retain records as needed for service, security, accounting and legal obligations.
Mobile numbers and text alerts
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or texting consent with third parties for marketing. Texting data is used only to deliver these alerts. Your choices
You can request to review, correct, or delete information we hold about you. Email owners@hmbcs.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We may need to retain some records for legal, tax, or trust-accounting purposes even after a deletion request.

We use first-party analytics cookies to understand site performance. You can disable cookies in your browser without affecting your ability to use the site.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
