What we don't do
We don't sell your information. We don't share your contact details with marketers, lead aggregators, or third-party advertisers.
Service providers
We use carefully selected processors to operate the business — including our property management platform (AppFolio / Buildium), payment ACH provider, email and SMS delivery, and analytics. These providers handle data on our behalf and are bound to confidentiality.
Your choices
You can request to review, correct, or delete information we hold about you. Email owners@hmbcs.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We may need to retain some records for legal, tax, or trust-accounting purposes even after a deletion request.

Children
