Our text alerts
Texts come from Hometown Management at (979) 366-4545. We send payout and statement notices, sign-in codes, invoice and document notices, and replies to questions you text us.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Your consent and choices
You give consent by turning on Text notifications in the owner portal, requesting a text sign-in code, or asking us in writing to send you text alerts. Requesting a sign-in code gives consent for that code, not ongoing alerts. Consent is not a condition of our services.
Reply STOP to stop texts. Reply HELP for help. You can also turn off Text notifications in your portal settings to stop ongoing alerts.
Texting privacy
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or texting consent with third parties for marketing. Texting data is used only to deliver these alerts. Our delivery providers process it on our behalf for that purpose, not for their marketing.
