01Who qualifies?
Any landlord in Bryan/College Station who isn't already with Hometown. First-time landlords, out-of-state owners, people with 1 door or 30 — all qualify.
02When do I get the $250?
The day their first month's rent lands in our trust account. Not when they sign — when we actually start collecting for them.
03How do you pay me?
Zelle, mailed check, or a credit on your next owner statement if you're an existing Hometown owner. Whatever's easiest.
04Is there a cap?
No. Refer 10 landlords in a year and sign all 10 PMAs, that's $2,500. Refer 100 — same math.
05What if they've already talked to Ryan?
First referral wins. If they're already in our pipeline from someone else or they walked in cold, we can't double-pay. Send them anyway — better for them.
06What about existing Hometown owners?
Same offer applies. If you're already with us and you send us a friend, we still cut you $250 when they sign.
